The canton of Schaffhausen ranks 17th of the 25 cantons with largely complete parcel data by number of parcels and 19th by total parcel area. Of its 26 municipalities with parcel data, Schaffhausen (10’509), Thayngen (4’079) and Beringen (2’592) have the most parcels, which together hold 37.3% of the canton's parcels.
